  I always select this local Enterprise for my car rental needs. It's convenient for pick-up and drop-off and usually the prices are reasonable compared to others. I hope this branch is always there for my needs.

  The agents were very nice, courteous and professional. It was a no hassle rental. I would definitely rent again from Enterprise!

  Better than Great ! I was broke down at the Jim Thorpe PA rest stop on August 19th and business was getting ready to close for the day and I was taking a mom, and her three young adults to NY for one of the three to enter college. Connor came to my rescue, he sent Frank to pick me up in a large SUV so that I could make sure all of the college bound rooming items could fit. When we arrived at the office, a larger SUV happened to be dropped off. Knowing I was broke down, knowing I had to have my vehicle towed back to NJ, Connor offered me the larger SUV for the same price to be sure I could transfer & fit all of the college bound kiddos items. Then after I finished the paperwork, he said it was almost ready for me to take, they cleaned it and at this point, it was past closing time and they put my emergency first. Connor made sure I understand all of the fancy new technology on how to drive the vehicle. Then the next day, I called Connor and asked the question of the possibility of down grading to make it more affordable because I still needed to get home to NJ. He said it wouldn't be a problem, when I arrived back in Jim Thorpe- Lehighton, he had a simple sedan all ready for me and Josh assisted this time with Connor and Dave helped me with the transfer of the SUV to the Sedan. Once again, Connor made sure all of our needs were met. I only needed room for 4 because the college bound student was all set, on time for his orientation/boarding day. Once I arrived home, I learned that my own car needed a new transmission. So, to get the rental back to Jim Thorpe I was going to go to my Local Enterprise in Vineland, NJ so my hubby could follow me back to Jim Thorpe Lehighton PA Enterprise, I called Connor to confirm hours and he said that he felt so bad for my entire situation and that he was able to set up my return to the NJ Vineland location. He saved us 129 miles one way for a total of 258 miles to return the rental. Upon arrival, they were so very KInd to my hubby and I. They were so great that while my car was in the shop, we rented a car from the Vineland location, and the staff there were kind and accommodating. Again, My gratitude and appreciation could never be expressed enough! Thank you Connor, you made it all Possible. Sincerely the Smitheman Family

  My name is Jessica K!!!Today was the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at this location!! Somehow after renting from this location in particular! I was turned away. Turned away after waiting 45 minutes for the only man there to get done his one transaction That’s right with only 1 person in front of me. It took this man 45 minutes to help me. After he told me I was Gray lined I needed to have a magic power bill on myself and a pay stub. I didn’t bring those, Because I’ve rented there for over a decade! I had to walk 4 hours!! Yes! 4 hours home. I couldn’t get a ride from the store and I live in the country out of town. Up a mountain! 8 Miles home. From in town. My children didn’t make it to school today. First day missed this year. I paid a sitter to watch my girls. I had to pay her an extra $100 today. So when I got home. I made my husband a reservation in his name. When we returned Salvatore scotto refused to rent not only to myself! He wouldn’t rent MY HUSBAND a car!! He said I swore at his against 6 hours earlier. (FYI. It’s all recorded so is the man the helped me saying I never did that. And an additional employee confirming to the employee that helped me this morning that Salvatore the manager said he was refusing to rent to me because I swore at him !!! I told him I was on the phone with my husband at work. His phone records all calls. And he said I don’t care. I don’t like you I’m not renting to you. It’s 4:53 now. I have to drive 40 miles to the next location to pick up a rental now. I’ve been waiting since 3:50 for Salvatore’s District manager to call me back. Never in my 40 years of driving and being alive have I been treated so badly. I cried for almost 3 miles today. Knowing my children weren’t going to make it to school an I have to cancel a Dr appointment in enterprise at 8:45am. Because that one man couldn’t get 1 person out the door. My day and my faith in this store is shattered 20 years!!! Renting from this company 13 at this location Salvatore needs to be removed from his position. He’s nasty and rude and uses this job as way to to feel in control. He intentionally hurt me today to make himself feel better.
