  Charges kept being added with no explanation, and attempts were made to charge my card without providing any answers. The car was returned on 1/10, yet I was charged again on 2/6. When I called for clarification, the manager had zero answers, became loud, and ultimately hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, poorly managed, and stressful to deal with. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

  Your rental location in Lehighton, PA is awful. The manager there needs to be replaced immediately. He seemed more interested in combing his hair than helping me with my rental. The original car I was supposed to get had a problem with the tailgate latching shut so he gave me a different vehicle. Every time I tried to call with a problem nobody was available to take my call. They are not focused on customer service at all. He tried to pressure me into taking the extra coverage even though my insurance was covering the cost of the rental and insuring it while I had it. I might try a different Enterprise location in the future but definitely not this location again. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the second installment of this review. Enterprise decided to charge my credit card without my authorization twice, about a week after I returned my rental car. I contacted my credit card company and they are handling it, however Enterprise is doing absolutely nothing on their end. Their customer service is awful!! They had the manager of the Lehighton Branch call me last night, I guess just to placate me because he offered me nothing. Then today, I noticed the charges on my card and called my credit card company. When I tried to contact Enterprise customer service, they said they cannot do anything about it and I have to contact the branch I rented from. So that tells me that all of that chatting and calling customer service is useless because they cannot do anything for you. Why would I want to call the same people who botched the rental in the first place, did not walk around the car with me to check damage before I left or when I came back and then called to offer some bs excuses and no recompense at all. He said he was going to email me my invoice and I still have not received that either! I returned their rental car on January 17th and they are charging my card on the 22nd and 23rd. Why? Is it out of spite for the bad review or are the charging me for the next customer renting the car? Either way they are severely incompetent. As another customer has stated, do not trust them with your credit card information at all!

  I highly recommend renting a car from the Enterprise of Lehighton. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the cars are well maintained.
