They said the vehicle had 3/4 tank of gas. The tank was 3/4 empty. The front passenger door will not open from the inside. We didn't know until we were already on the road, trying to leave the area before a storm hits. Called the store EIGHT times. Waited several times for someone to answer. No answer. Gave up. Pay Enterprise prices, get Budget service. Very disappointed. Never had this problem at this location before.
