  My car needed a windshield replacement to pass inspection with a little less than two weeks left in the month. I stopped in Lebanon, PA Safelite withKen the manager waiting on me. He greeted me in a pleasant manner and quickly came out to look at the car on a Friday. After examining the glass, he made an appointment to have the windshield replaced the following Tuesday in the morning. When I dropped off the car, Ken let me know how long the repair would take to complete. I walked to the KFC just up the street while waiting on the repair, ate a light lunch, and did some bible memory verses. Well before the set amount of repair time had passed, I received a call saying the repair was complete. Having work completed on time is always nice but when the work is completed even faster, that’s wonderful! The car was sitting outside ready to go with a cleaned dash both top and front! The glass is so clear that when I drive I can’t tell if there is glass on the windshield! Both sides were spotlessly clean! Ken made this repair visit a delightful event. Ken is kind, gracious, and encouraging! He is very easy to engage in conversation beyond just ‘windshield business’! He did not rush me out the door but made me feel important and appreciated as a person, not just a customer! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ken’s Safelite Autoglass shop! I will always come here for any glass service!

  I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in as early as Monday for a mobile appointment or Tuesday for a garage appointment. I chose mobile as earlier was more convenient for me. They work with insurance and check cash card or financing payments. I replaced an entire windshield Using cash rather than insurance due to my deductible. Although I paid outright, they have options for financing through Afterpay, which is an amazing option, but be sure to apply through their site or Afterpay site prior to the appointment or you’ll have to reschedule appointment. The guy that replaced the windshield did it flawlessly in under an hour. Not one complaint.

  Good experience start to finish. Very happy with work they did. Clean and looks like new.
