- MSMike SobolDec 16, 20255.0A deer decided to hit my car. As soon as I reported to insurance, Enterprise called to set up a rental. I was out of town for Thanksgiving in Florida so I did not need a rental immediately. They said to contact them when I am ready. As always, when I called to set up the rental, Jacob did a marvelous job over the phone setting up everything including giving me car choices plus he said my insurance would elevate me to a higher level of rental free of charge which he set up on my behalf without any effort needed by me! Lexi, the Branch Manager, called me the day before to confirm the rental and gave me choices of a pickup time at my home. She had a calm relaxed voice which is good when going through this type of situation with putting a car in the body shop! On the day of me being picked up, Ben drove out in a 4 wheel drive on a snowy day with very slippy unplowed roads. Ben was easy to engage in conversation! I enjoyed his 'easy going' nature and his interpersonal skillset ability! I felt completely comfortable with his driving on that terrible day for driving! When we reached the Enterprise building, he parked right by the entry door so I would not have to walk very far in the snowstorm. Ben quickly took care of all the paperwork making it an effortless process! Enterprise had my upgrade car rental in the garage so there was no snow on the vehicle and the car was clean inside and out. Ben took time to explain aspects about the car and patiently answered all my questions! Upon returning the car, Chris told me over the phone that I could just leave the car with Bennett Collusion body shop and Enterprise would pick up the car. This saved me time and leg work! Dropping the car off at the body shop was a blessing! My entire experience at Enterprise from beginning to the end was marvelously wonder! I highly appreicate all their attention to detail and making me feel important in their eyes! I HIGHLY recommend the Lebanon, PA Enterprise location! Sincerely, Mike
