- BBBriannaFeb 24, 20261.0The vehicle i was given as a rental had a total brake/car failure. I proceeded to tell enterprise employees and they did little to almost nothing to ensure I had a different vehicle after said incident. I was stuck driving that same UNSAFE car the remainder of my insurance claim until repairs on my vehicle were completed. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and angry that they didnt care enough about the safety of a customer and left them with no other option but to be stuck driving an unsafe vehicle that decides to fail the brakes whenever it pleases. I was on a HILL stuck going BACKWARDS WITH ZERO BRAKES. It went TO THE FLOOR. The mirrors folded in whenever they pleased and left me vulnerable and unsafe driving yet again. AND the car turned off entirely in the middle of driving. But yeah let's make the customer continue to drive that vehicle for the remainder of time until their vehicles done. Thats sade and the right thing to do. They could've at the very least offered a sedan or SOMETHING. Anything more than 'sorry we dont have anything available.' Was extremely disappointed.
