Their superlative customer service is a rarity these days, but the concern, understanding, and care they provided has absolutely made me a return customer to this establishment. They should be commended, and I truly thank them for the service they provided that made a complicated situation be resolved easily and efficiently.

- MCMichael ClancyNov 24, 20251.0I had a terrible experience at AutoZone this morning, Monday, November 24, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., when I had a short window to get a battery. As I walked in and waited a few seconds for the AutoZone employee to finish what she was doing and notice me, I politely said, "I need my battery tested. I want to make sure it's just the battery and not the alternator." She jumped up, visibly agitated, and yelled something to the back of the store, implying she hadn't finished her task. She grabbed the battery tester and stormed out the front door. Outside, she barked at me to turn the engine off. I replied, "My battery isn't holding a charge. If I turn it off, do you have something that can jump-start it?" Whatever she said was so rude, and her attitude was so terrible that I just looked at her and said, "Never mind, I'll just go somewhere else." Without hesitation, she immediately turned around and went back into the store. Whatever was going on in her life was sad, and I prayed for her; however, I've never had such a terrible experience trying to buy a battery. I don't recommend and will never shop at AutoZone again.
