  Customer service was excellent, staff was just as good, helped answer questions I had, would recommend them to anyone, scheduling appointments was great and easy, if there was an issue they told you up front, they figured out what the other dealership could not

  After an extremely unsatisfactory experience at a local garage, I called up Mr. Tire in Latrobe for some help. From the very first phone call, Keith was super helpful and friendly, being patient with giving me information and prices on tires and services. I ended up having to call back several times, and each time he was more patient than the last. Unfortunately, the Goodyear tires I was looking to purchase were sold and Keith was able to work with me on a better set of tires at the Goodyear price. Talk about service! Upon completion of inspection, emissions, tire install, and alignment, I showed Keith, Matt, and Sean/Shawn what the other garage claimed were my tires. These gents were very straight forward and helpful in explaining what was actually necessary and needed to be accomplished for my vehicle to pass inspection, and help to determine if any foul play was afoot. They allowed me down in to the shop to look at the tires that were on my vehicle to take pictures. We have gone to Mr. Tire in Latrobe over many years with many different vehicles now and I don't see why anyone would bother to go any where else. They literally are a one stop shop when it comes to your basic vehicle needs.

  Matt and his technician performed quality work. Will definitely take all of my family’s vehicles to the Latrobe location!

  The people that work here are very friendly and informative about the services. I find them to be honest and worth your time. My only gripe is the prices, but I'll pay it for the excellent service I get here.

  I was totally happy with this business until I went in for rotation of my brand new tires & an oil change. Within in 1 week of driving my vehicle I returned to do loose lug nuts, 1 missing stud along with its corresponding lug nut. I was told this was my fault. Although they replaced the missing stud & lug nut free of charge….i did not appreciate the blame being placed on me for their mistake- all 4 wheels lug nuts were loose. I will never take my vehicle back there again!!!
