- YMYo Mamma6 days ago1.0This place will offer cars they don’t have then offer to “upgrade you on them” and then when you agree they act like they ran your card and lie and say it was declined then try to put you in a cheaper car so they don’t have to eat the cost and you don’t take your business somewhere else. I’m sure the better business burrow would love to hear from our card holder that you never ran our transaction and our card was never declined. 1500 dollar card balance did not get declined over 200 dollars. Will be spreading the word about the scamming

After several instances in the past of having rental car reservations, but no vehicle available at pick-up; I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to strand my family at the airport. After booking through a central Enterprise office, the local team reached out to confirm pick-up details. This was very helpful, having some reassurance before we stepped onto our flight that the vehicle would be available when we landed, even after-hours. No issues at pick-up, or with the vehicle.

The staff and process were great here, friendly, smooth, easy to manage, fast, and prompt. Checkin was a breeze, as was checkout. The extended hours at this location are a godsend when most of the other locations are weekday only.
