  Multiple time renter. This past rental, grand wagoneer, the vehicle wasnt prepared prior to pickup. Interior had layer of dirt dust from previous renter, as well as remnants of dirt in cargo area. I had to vacuum to prevent dirt from getting in items in was taking on my trip. Outside wasnt washed, overlooked since rain was in the forecast. If I was a first time renter, likely wouldn't return. As I indicated, a multiple time renter, this was the first time I experienced a vehicle in this condition from this location.
