The gentleman up front welcomed me into the store and asked what he could help me with. I expressed to him that I needed a new tire on my company work vehicle (enterprise, my fleet management, is picky and only gives the okay to certain tire brands) and he got to work searching inventory for a tire right away. He let me know that there was only 1 tire available in my size and dimension in the area, at the Southampton location. He said I could either go there or that he would get the tire delivered to their location over night or first thing in the morning. I agreed to come back when the tire came in and sure enough I got a call at 8 am this morning that the tire had arrived. I went over around 11 and was out of there in 45 minutes, and that is why I will only take my vehicles to this shop. The gentlemen up front are always personable and polite and the mechanics in the bay always get the job done. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
