  I never usually leave reviews but this time is different! My wife never really had an issue with this place but, I've had to call and talk to Ryan in the service Dept due to them telling her it was nothing wrong with her car even though the check engine light went off about 7 times in a month. We called as soon as the light went off they gave her an apt damn near 2 months later!!!! When your car is nearing the end of the warranty they seem to not want to honor it! Then after my call seems they found the problem and no mention of it but it was in the work order receipt. Also they was suppose to plug her tire which had a nail in it not sure why they didn't just replace the tire since it was also still under warranty! Woke up the next day after the car comes from the shop to the tire pressure on 9Psi SMH! Long wait, below par service, and seems they are trying to scam people and i don't take nice to that at all! Also let me not forget the lady who answers the phone, when they do answer smh! Very fast talking wouldn't even let my wife get a word out to explain the problem. Don't really even wanna take our car back their honestly :(

  This is our third purchase with Tim and because of our past experiences we went back to Fred Beans for our new car. Tim is very easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. He took time to go over everything very thoroughly and offered to answer or help with any questions about the “Very Techie” car in the future. It will certainly take me a while to get used to all the features of our 2026 Tucson. Matt in “financing” was also very pleasant and easy to work with in the long process. The only disappointment in the car so far is the color. I didn’t want a black or white, but this very dark blue is really black! Thanks, Marianne and Bill Ziegler

  Came here to browse cars since I was in need of a new one: Madison was very nice, had a lot of patience with us looking at other cars . We did have other appts with other dealerships just to check out cars we may have seen. Expressed would come back if we didn’t see anything that topped what we liked. Came back and finalized the deal. She was very professional and answered all our questions. Would do business with her again

  We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Palisade from Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and completely pressure-free. Janell was instrumental in getting everything lined up ahead of time and made the entire process easy to handle remotely before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. Her communication was clear, honest, and timely, which we truly appreciated. When we arrived, the car was beautifully presented, washed, and ready to go. Kim, our salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. The test drive was relaxed, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael Strenge, the General Manager, who was welcoming and genuinely kind. You could tell the entire team works well together and takes pride in how they treat customers. Pricing was fair and exactly as discussed in advance — no surprises, no games, no last-minute add-ons. Finance was quick and straightforward, and we were in and out in about an hour. This was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. If you’re looking for a dealership that values transparency, professionalism, and customer respect, I highly recommend Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne.

  Humiliating experience For a commoner, vehicle buying is an emotional experience. It comes with a baggage of long months of research, finding best deals that it doesn’t drain your pocket. I ain’t a saint but being embarrassed to walk out of a dealership with your wife and daughter only to be turned down after a long wait of close to 2 hrs on Nov 28,2025 was disappointing and disheartening Detailed experience: 1. After a week visiting this dealership seeing a Hybrid Palisade and an above and beyond experience of the sales guy, I was cross shopping around and found a reasonable deal that the sales guy agreed to beat the price if I had the quote from the other dealership 2. The day before the harrowing experience I share a quote that provided a good deal to see if they would beat the price. I was told that they would and trusting the sales guy went in on the last day of month hoping to score a deal 3. I walk in with my family after 4 pm hoping to buy the vehicle. Was told he was busy with another client and was asked to wait. He came in after 20 mins mentioning that he had discussed with his Manager on the deal and he would come by to discuss. During the hour I was praying hoping this car would be blessing, I could see most of the dealership staff celebrating for 10 mins, laughing and among them was the sales manager coming out of the celebration hoping he would come by and meet us. The wait then extends to an hour where the manager walks by and says that he saw the quote from the other dealership and it was all scribbled and couldn’t make anything out of it. He confirmed he couldn’t make the deal. I walked away humiliated with my wife and kid. If this was pre-decided, why in the world would you want to keep us waiting for hour? I could have gone to the other dealership and got what I wanted. The wait forced on us was intentional so as to keep us waiting until the other dealership closed. Thank you for this experience and would never walk into this dealership again
