  Found a nail in a tire right before leaving on a road trip. Monro Auto Center was able to get an appointment scheduled for me last minute and I was able to drop my car off an hour later. Ended up the nail did not puncture the tire so work was not needed. The staff was honest and quickly got me back on my way. Greatly appreciate the honesty and quick work of everyone at Monro!

  I came to flat out say John is the man, he was professional but very friendly. I needed my cat replaced along with other problems that needed to be tended to and he made sure him and his team took care of em and cleared up anything that needed clearing up. I went from a vehicle with four codes to none and she drives smooth again. Can’t get any better than that👍🏾

  Louis is absolutely phenomenal at client management. i’m literally sitting in the lobby after a small rush, and he’s taken time to chat and really personalize everyone’s experience.

  The General manager, John and Eric went above and beyond for my husband and me. I'm going into back surgery and we need tires on quickly and they did it for us. They were kind and very helpful!!! Thank you sooo much. We will be back for other services.

  Visiting family for the weekend (from Pittsburgh area). Decided to get my car inspected. I had previously got my car serviced and got screwed over by the other shop. Louis was very communicative about what needed fixed to pass inspection. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain why certain areas of my car needed fixed. He even called to give me updates about the progress of my car. I stressed that I needed it done before the weekend ended and he delivered. I truly appreciate that he took time to explain things and was transparent about the pricing. Originally from Lancaster and have been getting my car serviced over the years here. 10/10 amazing customer service and quality work!
