  Sons car was towed in the night due to an accident called the following afternoon to pay to get car and they wanted to charge 675 dollars for a vehicle that was not even in there lot for 14 hours. What a scam thats unreal what there doing. How businesses like this stay in business is unbelievable

  Charged me for new radiator and thermostat, the car left me stranded two times thereafter. The shop did admit to the faulty repairs they made every-time. On the third trip they realized it was actually the water pump that needed replaced and in no way could the latter option have been the culprit from day 1, no, all repairs were absolutely necessary. After all of this back and fourth ultimately I was accused stealing my car by the same auto body guys that had me stranded in -0 weather, that had pocketed $400 off a repair I drove ZERO DAYS on before needing another $700 in repairs. because the Hertz rep gave me my keys, receipt, and walks away never collecting tap payment. Instead of call me the auto body leader decided to label me as a thief attempting to run off with a repair.
