- TTTRApr 20, 20264.0I had a really smooth experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car overall. JK was awesome—super helpful and made the pickup and drop-off process quick and easy. The car itself was practically brand new and spotless, which I definitely appreciated. My only issue was with extending the rental by just 2 hours on a Sunday. Since they’re closed and it’s a key drop situation anyway, I thought it would be a non-issue—but I was still charged for it, which felt a little unreasonable. That aside, great service and a solid experience overall. I’d rent from them again, just with a little more awareness around their policies.

They provided a more than adequate vehicle, which was safe, reliable and enjoyable. So much so that it was hard to give up! I am more than satisfied with the service provided to me by Enterprise! Big variety of cars, SUVs, Trucks or whatever is needed. I have rented all of the above and haven't been disappointed. This time we had a luxury SUV. It's worth the small bump from a standard SUV since we were spending most of the day driving it. Why not be as comfortable as you can afford? Fantastic employees at Manhiem Pike location in Lancaster, always a pleasure to get a vehicle at this location
