But this time was absolutely terrible. One of the service guys was very rude and mean, speaking in an unprofessional and aggressive way. They even talked negatively about my car right in front of me, saying what’s wrong with it in a very disrespectful tone. I was shocked by how badly I was treated. Such a huge difference from before. I will never come back again.

I live in New York but if I lived locally I'd make this location my permanent car one. Jonathan A, Stephanie and Nina were incredible! Joshua was my mechanic and while I didnt see him i know he did great work! While waiting in line an older man drove up and had never been to this type of mechanic service before, he parked in between cars, had a lot of issues figuring it out and they handled it like absolute pros! They were absolutely on top of him keeping everyone safe and explaining ( a few times) how it worked. I was worried about their safety but they took all precautions and did it so nicely and calmly. I highly recommend this location! And Valvoline you should make sure they get a special shoutout or something good because otherwise it could have been really bad. Thank you guys!
