- VFVictoria FOct 11, 20251.01 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at 11 AM and waited about 40 minutes in line. Once I pulled into Bay #1, I was told they didn’t have the correct oil filter for my vehicle and that I’d need to purchase my own and return. Before leaving, I asked the on-site manager, Ron, if I’d have to wait again when I came back. His response was, “Maybe there will be a line, maybe not.” When I returned with my own filter, I asked if I could be taken next since I had already waited and was sent out on their request. Ron declined and insisted I go to the back of the line. I contacted customer care, who attempted to speak with Ron on my behalf, but he still refused to assist me. I ended up waiting an additional hour before being serviced. Customer care did provide a coupon, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of professionalism and poor management I experienced. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest management review how this location treats its customers.
