I specifically told the young man 3 time the Utimate plan and he went trying to tell me that the Works is better, I said 3 time the Utimate plan. I got a texted to confirm my Utimate and it was the Works Plan. Bait & Switch situation going on here. I won't go back. I guess I should of looked at their reviews first. It's a 3.6 out of 5. I called the location and the guy I spoke with wasn't really friendly and really didn't act like he cared. This carwash won't last long with the way the run things.
