  My appointed was at 1:30. I actually got there at 1pm and was told it would be an hour to an hour in a half. My car was in and out within 40min.

  Window glass technician did a very professional job! He took his time and did the replacement beyond expectations. Good not be more pleased with the work and windshield glass.

  Replaced my Range Rover windshield and did a great job! No kidding the next day a rock on the highway hit my new windshield, I brought it back and they repaired it no problem! Very timely and excellent customer service. Thank you Lancaster safelite team!

  Booked an appointment online for my truck. Chy called me up the day of and gave me an ETA, then showed up on time and did an excellent job replacing the windshield. 5 star experience!

  Had a cracked windshield, and have used Safelite at other locations before with great results. Like I’ve experienced before, the tech did a great job replacing the windshield quickly and in a convenient location for me. I have no complaints about the physical service that I received. I would give a five star rating if that’s where the story ended. After he left, I got an email with an invoice for my $300 bill. I looked for a way to pay for the balance, but could not find anything on their website that would allow me to pay. All I could do was update my form of payment, but there was still no way to submit the payment. I tried calling, but could not get through the AI system that they have answering the phone. It did not understand what I said when I said that I needed to make a payment. It just kept telling me to do the same thing that didn’t work. So, I decided to wait to receive another email or contact from the company instructing me how to pay. A mere 48 hours later, I received a voicemail on my phone, threatening me with collections activity if I did not make a payment by noon that day, and it was around 9 o’clock in the morning. These clowns literally threatened me and my way of life with collections activity for not submitting a payment within 48 hours for $300. When I called him right back, I expressed the outrage I felt, and told him there had been no way for me to make a payment. He, of course, deflected blame and said that was beyond his ability to help me with. He blamed it on his manager. I honestly felt like throwing my phone I was so angry. He then told me that the problem had been on their end anyways because they didn’t correctly submit the payment with the form of payment I had on file. Indeed!
