It was New Years Day when I looked online to schedule and I was pleased that they could come out to me the very next day (for free too, with a promo) and fix it. My technician was nice enough, he was ahead of schedule and arrived earlier than expected which was great. He instantly asked if I wanted new wiper blades, which I replied “yes” because I paid for the middle package which included them. He made a comment about how he “hoped he had them on him” because he “didn’t get a chance to go back to the shop yet”. Um, okay? But I paid for them. My husband and I let him do this thing and some time later we looked out the window and he was gone. I went out and actually couldn’t tell 100% if I had gotten new wiper blades because there was still snow/salt residue on my vehicle and the wiper blades weren’t “sparkling” new or anything, but they seemed fine so hopefully he replaced them. The actual crack looked so much better, just a small “smudge” on the windshield instead of a very visible inch long crack. Overall I was pleased. I just wish he would’ve knocked on our door to say he was finished or called me or something. It felt very incomplete that he just left without saying anything. I also would’ve liked to thank him again.
