    Other than corporate being unaware of where tires are it was exceptional service from the guys in the shop..Luis,John treat customers like family...but I did have to take 2 worthless trips due to tires not being available.

    I used this garage about 2 months ago due to being an in network facility that worked with my vehicle warranty. I have a BMW and was told it needed struts. Brought the car in, the rear ones weren’t done due to wrong parts but my front struts were installed. After leaving the garage I heard a clonk on driver side. I had my husband take a look underneath my front driver side and he was dumb founded. They had completely butchered my driver side. I called the garage and requested to speak to the supervisor. I was told he was out test driving a vehicle, left message to have him return my call. I got no phone call, so I called following day. Their supervisor was not in and was told to call Tuesday. Never got a call from their supervisor so I went in personally to look for him. He was supposedly not in again. I spoke to the front office guy and expressed my concern. Never got a phone call from them. About 4 days later my car went into lock down mode. I have an electric suspension. I had to have the car towed to the dealer whom had worked on my vehicle a month prior. Turns out my water pump and battery went bad with a parasitic draw 4 days after pulling out of this garage. The mechanics at the dealer were also taken aback from the butcher they did. I had to involve their corporate office due to being avoided by their supervisor. Their corporate office is a bigger joke than these mechanics here. Their corporate office ended up paying me a check so I could have the dealer fix their mistake on my struts. The mechanic that worked on my car was not professional and needs to be re evaluated. I would strongly suggest that when you get any work done here you should do a visual check. The mechanics here are not professional.

    Service was fine, however they do massively upcharge for tire changes when you bring your own tires in. Was about $43 a wheel for a standard mount without tpms which is outrageous. Definitely go elsewhere if you buy your own tires. They also didn't provide valve caps and scratched the rim where the old weight was glued. Doesnt bother me but for that price it should've been a given.

    Luis & his team offer excellent customer service. This location has a friendly home town feel. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service!! I definitely will be returning for my state inspection.

    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I booked an oil change through a third party site for the evening of Oct 28, but when I arrived the front desk representative asked me what’s he supposed to do with that order because he’s never heard of the place. I tried explaining it’s similar to Groupon and asked if he could look me or my car up in their system. He refused to try and just argued with me that he doesn’t know what to do. Then he accuses me of not giving him time to finish helping the customer in front of me when he was the one who asked me if I needed help when I stepped into the store! He apparently also had system issues and was cursing up a storm which was extremely uncomfortable. I was furious and decided to cancel my appointment and go to another shop.
