    I'm truly disappointed. I've been a member of Mister Car Wash for years, and today I decided to go to the Mister Car Wash located on Manheim Pike because I didn't want to bother cleaning the interior of my SUV myself. Since it was Christmas Eve, I gave a $20 tip, which I paid before the service. It turns out they didn't do a good job. When they gave me my car back, I checked it and notified an employee. He apologized and said he would clean my SUV again himself, but he didn't; he sent another employee instead. And that employee only cleaned the front seat a little. When I checked again, I realized I could have done a better job myself and saved $35 (between the $15 service fee and the $20 tip). I definitely won't be going back. They raised the membership prices, and the service is terrible. This was between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., when there weren't many cars to work on.

    I am very satisfied with Mr. Car Wash. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. They did a great job and made the whole experience pleasant. I would definitely come back and highly recommend their service.

    Wait was a little longer than usual as the attendant couldn't get the driver ahead to properly take his foot off the brake. Not their fault, but maybe should have asked for additional help with the customer.

    I have my car washed here every day. I paid for them to clean inside my car because of my dogs hair and mus left on the seat and floor and save myself time. They gave my car back with hair still on the floor and trunk and must on my seat. I will never pay for the service again. No air refresher was sprayed either. There was only one other car there. Waste of money and overpriced for the quality of service.

    Such a disappointment specifically when you have high traffic times and only ONE lane is used. Takes the thoughts of convenience and speedy wash to a frustrating level. Looking for a new location. To many times only one lane available. #Disappointing.
