Since this store was the closest to me, I called and arranged for my car to be towed here.The serpentine belt was still under warranty. They were able to fix it by the time I finished work. I was impressed with their efficiency and flexibility, and this service will definitely keep me a customer at Mavis.

I realized I had a nail in my tire, I called multiple shops, but Dustin was the only one to say he would get me in TODAY! He and his amazing staff squeezed us in and got us back on the road, As a woman traveling alone, this is such a relief! I cannot recommend Dustin and his team enough!!

Im not one to write a review but I recently had one of the greatest examples of their usual above and beyond attitide. A couple Monday's back I had a tire low on air, I tried to inflate, it wouldnt. I went inside for help, they are always willing to talk and set stuff up or take a quick look if possible regardless of appointment. They were able to inflate and found nothing. I did not make it far away before it went flat again while driving. Dustin and Alex at the Manheim pike location stayed nearly an hour after closing to make sure my car was safe and taken care of. Their Ephrata and Manheim pike location are two of their amazing locations with great management and staff who are always polite and helpful through the years Ive been going to them. If you want your car maintenanced/repaired by trustworthy people who care, Mavis is the place to go.
