  First alignment felt like they did nothing, steering wheel was crooked and car would drift toward the fog line. Took it back in, re-aligned and said they rotated the tires and even showed me the exact positions they were rotated to. I have proof they did not rotate. Same new tire is in the same position. I feel strongly that there is at least one tech there not actually doing the work they say they are doing. I do not recommend going to this Mavis location, my trust has been broken.

  Worked me in on a busy morning...after 3 hrs my alignment, wheel balance, and brake fluid was in great shape. Car drives considerably smoother now! Zaid was great. Prices fair.

  Staff seem like nice people, however I went there three times total. Once for a rear brake job, which they didn't properly bleed the lines. I left the lot and quickly realized they made a mistake. Took it back and recieved an apology. Then I went 2 separate times for an inspection. The first time we rescheduled because they couldn't fit me in. The second time they refused to inspect my car, because I only had digital copies of insurance and registration at the time, and I told them I can get the physical copies today, if it would pass. I asked them to inspect the car and I understood that I wouldn't recieve the sticker. They refused to check out my car after I told them I knew the front brake pads needed replaced, but I already got them. All I wanted to know is what was wrong with my car to pass inspection with the scheduled appointment and they refused my service. I even left work an hour early for this service. I won't be going back and I don't recommend anyone to go here for anything other than tires.

  Casey was a terrific help and very professional!! Got us in and out with tires, brakes at a great time! We will definitely come back again and ask for Casey. This is one of the numerous jobs done by this Mavis. They have always done sound, awesome work.

  Visited this shop specifically for an alignment with no appointment. I walked in they got to work on my car immediately and we're very kind and helped me with a discount they ran on their website! After the alignment (they got near perfect within 40 min) they were kind enough to take time to explain the alignment change and help me with other questions I had about my car. They did not try to up sell me anything or sell me anything but the alignment I wanted (which I find a lot of shops do). The staff here is absolutely kind and the mechanic is very knowledgeable I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Steve and Luis and the mechanic for help I appreciate it greatly!
