    A wonderful employee Steve came outside and filled my tires with air for me. He came out and asked if I needed help.And I said, no, thank you, but I was freezing.Steve replied with...Go wait in your.I will do it for you. It's freezing outside today. So kind. He went above and beyond.

    Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment to fix a tire for 5 PM. Just need a screw removed and a plug put in. Have had this done more than once and I know it doesn't take more than an hour. They called and cancelled my appt. because they close at 6. Whey do they have a 5 o'clock appointment available if they don't want to honor it. I work until 4:30 so that was the best I could do. I called another location and they had no problem with a 5 o'clock appointment.

    I took my car to this Mavis location for what I assumed to be an easy fix for a tire repair shop. I suddenly had a vibration in one of the tires that was only present at highway speeds. After doing a little bit of my own research, some EV tires have foam in them to help reduce road noise. This foam can become detached over time inside the tire and throw the balance of the tire off leading to vibration at highway speeds. After explaining this to the shop, they said no problem, we will dismount that tire and check to see if the foam is detached. After waiting for over 3 hours in the waiting room, even though I had an appointment, they informed me there was no foam inside the tire. They recommended rebalancing all 4 tires and doing an alignment. I agreed to these services thinking that would fix the issue. After performing the alignment and 4 wheel balancing, they informed me that they think the rim is bent or the tire itself is bad because they had trouble balancing the tire. I ended up leaving once the work was completed and not even 30 seconds down the road I noticed my steering wheel was not straight after the alignment, and the vibration was still present. On the screen, the car warned me about the alignment being off in the front end by 5.7 degrees following their alignment. I did not have time to wait longer and scheduled an appointment with another shop for a week later. I scheduled for the installation of 4 new tires based on the “bad tire” assessment from Mavis. The other shop ended up pulling the tire off and the foam that was not seen at Mavis was clearly present and detached causing the vibration. They also stated that there were 14 ounces of weight on the rim (installed by Mavis) which is way beyond normal. As soon as the other shop dismounted the tires, I received notifications from the car’s app, as well as saved in the car’s service record, that the tires were low on air (from dismounting the tires). I received no notification of tire pressure warnings on my app when Mavis supposedly removed the tires to check for foam indicating they did not dismount the tires as they stated they did. After returning to the store and speaking with Casey and another employee at the front of the store, nobody could offer an explanation as to why the foam was missed or confirm that they actually did remove the tires to check for the foam as I specifically asked them to do. They became defensive when I asked how they checked for/did they remove the tires and did not offer any apology or explanation as to the poor customer service or the blatant lie that they performed work and charged for, but did not actually perform based on photos and data logged in the car’s service history. Long story short, I would not recommend allowing this place to service your vehicle as they lie about service performed and billed for, as well as extremely long wait times despite having an appointment.

    Scratched wheels while putting on new tires, they did not tell me about it. I had to find it on my own and let them know what happened. This happened 4 weeks ago and still not resolved. I had to get estimates for them to pay for their mistake. They told me the estimate was too high and referred me to someone else. Why was this not done in the first place? Customer service and quality of work is clearly not a priority here. I will not be back and will not recommend their services to anyone. Zaid has not been responsive; I've had to follow up every Monday to see where were at with this. This should have been taken care of within days of the mistake. Between my time with this and more time to be expected with the repair, my savings for the tires is completely gone, wishing I would have gone elsewhere and avoided this headache. Left multiple reviews through mavis website and no one has reached out.
