  Im in the middle of suing this company for predatory towing. I would say more but he already knows what it is. See yall in court!!

  Im sure they get cursed out alot so cursing them out won't even phase them cause they use to it.lol..but on a serious note these ppl are despicable! Towed my car in a area they knew I was allowed to be in..granite i didn't have my parking paper on the dash board but yall knew cause a resident at my apartment complex told you and yall response was that you knew i lived there and didn't care..smh ..yall screwed my car up when u towed it so looks like you'll be having a bill shortly here to pay. Funny how yall didnt tow the one lady that didnt have hers up ..but since you knew her it was kool?..smh ...$300 towing for a few blocks down the street....yall either paying someone on the low or yall yourselves are coming through the area multiple times a day checking...thats sad...God dont like ugly.💯

  They don't actually understand how to run a business. My van was towed after parking in a handicap spot that was covered by tree branches. First tow in 6 years of living in the city. Car was towed on a Saturday night. I realize Sunday morning the car isn't there, call the non emergency line, and they say it was towed and that Lancaster Fleet and Auto has it. I look and Google shows that Lancaster Fleet and auto is closed on Sunday. Monday morning I show up at 8am. The tow driver hadn't turned in the slip so I had to wait until 830am. They tell me the total is $474 because it was there for two nights, plus all of their fees. I ask for a discount because of the 30 minute wait and he tells me I could have just came in yesterday (Sunday). I tell him they were closed. He laughed and said Google was supposed to update it. I told him that he can download Google My Business profile and manage it since he (Joe) is the owner. Joe said he's never looked into it. He said, "you expect me to give you a discount because Google is wrong and our driver was 30 min late?" I said, of course. I own two businesses and that's the normal, decent thing to do. He said people make mistakes. I said yes, and give discounts when they do. They clearly don't understand how to actually run a business.

  Had a towing problem that needed to be fix and Santos was very helpful to me ..Good people still exist
