  Very positive experience. Brought car in for warrantee work on tires they installed several months ago. Fixed the problem immediately zero issues. Fair prices and clear communication. Will do business again!

  Came into Jack’s Williams tires today to get my tire repaired. Got me in right away took care of my tire very fast service and a happy customer. Great customer service thank you fellas.

  Very friendly and homey type staff, waiting room is clean and comfortable. Service was fast and efficient, they also informed me of other issues I will need to address as I only came in to replace my popped tire. Absolutely no pressure, which as a former sales person I can greatly appreciate that. Thank you for all your hard work, I will be coming back again! 😁

  Avoid this shop if you can. They overcharge like crazy, have no workers, and no sense of urgency for customers (especially for women). I had my car sit behind their shop for over a week. Each time I called to check on it, a rude man named Terry never had any idea what was going on, or gave any updates. Never once warned me that I will be waiting over a week for my car to be even looked at! When I called for updates they lied over the phone saying, "We will look at it tomorrow" and "We were about to call you." Both of these statements were untrue. No longer going here after being a long time customer. I highly recommend a smaller, mom and pop shop!
