- MZMaria zhangApr 30, 20201.0Recommended by a mechanical repair shop, I went to CTM to fix some scratches on the front bumper of my car. Tiny (the owner) told me that they could do a touch up, quick and with good result. This low cost and one day solution immediately attracted me. But it turned out to be a disaster. The touch up was totally not acceptable, even my cousin could do a much better job than this. What’s more, there are more scratches now! Some by the side of the original scratches on the bumper, some on the hood and some on the door. At first, Tiny denied these are new, then later he admitted they are new. He said the scratches need to be fixed by taking the whole bumper off (instead of just touch up), and the repainting will cover the new scratches as well. What?! The quick solution is just a lure? What about the new scratches not on the bumper? Avoid this shop. No idea about their real level of work, but they are not honest.
