I was driving to Millersville University, and my GPS decided I was going to one of the other campuses that are located in Lancaster. I was literally driving in circles, and truthfully, I was beyond frustrated and needed a restroom on top of everything else. I took a chance and stopped at this location. I am not sure if it was the manager or an employee, but the gentleman was so kind. He let me use the restroom facility and then took the time to handwrite the directions for me since my GPS was clearly not correct. If this is how they treat a stranger off the streets, they must treat their customers really great! Eternally grateful for this AutoZone and the above-and-beyond customer service I received!
