terrible service ! idk her name maybe her name Nena? bought brake pads from the guy there and gave me the wrong one. i went back to return it to get the right one but nena refused to give a refund and she printed a new receipt of the transition and kept saying she can’t give a refund. I went back to the place to get be box to show her proof then she says, “we don’t sell that here” but the guy said he remembers me from that morning and said HE gave me the wrong box but Nena still didn’t give me a refund for it and SHE check the cameras too to see if i bought them. She got very loud to me even thought she was wrong and now looks stupid when i showed her a picture of the receipt and want to give a refund after all that going back and forth and getting loud after the guy told her he gave me the wrong box. That girl have such terrible customer service and is not respectful at all!

Awful experience for me and another customer. I went to the store looking to buy a new battery and windshield wipers. Myself and another customer waited for over 15 mins and we're ignored. The employees we're on personal non-work phone calls and talking to a friend that had come in after myself and the other customer. The other customer placed down their items and walked out before I myself decided to follow. As I was walking out with my old battery in hand, the employees then decided to ask if I needed help or not. I told them that I had decided to leave to get help elsewhere as the other customer had done. The employees then replied with negative attitudes and claimed that myself and the other customer we're rude and had no patience. The only reason I still purchased my items is because the younger employee that was working apologized and was helpful. Overall awful customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

Have not had the best experience with AutoZone in general, in the past. But, I had a positive experience here. I was 8 hours away from home and had a headlight burn out just as I got in town. The day before I was leaving I stopped by another nearby parts store to get a headlight bulb put in on a 4Runner, and was told “unfortunately, we don’t do that”. News to me! I work in the auto industry and deal with all the parts stores on a daily basis back home, and I’ve never heard that. The young man that sold me the headlight bulb, walked outside with me and popped it in real quick. It was greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks Auto-Zone for the new wiper blades. We had been to 2 different Advance's and they didn't have them.
