  I walked in to this location this past Friday afternoon to buy a part that was in store and place a order on two parts the cashier by the name of Angie placed the order on the two parts that I needed and assured both items arriving Saturday the following day which is today 1/31 between 10am to 1030am. I came in this morning it was after 1030am looking forward to a welcoming demeanor and customer service. I received the complete opposite from Angie. She looked at me in a very dismissive way and spoke in a very loud scream tone to me and said the parts were ordered from two different locations. The time was 11 past the part would arrive at 12 noon. I went to run a errand came back to the store at 1245pm the remaining part was still not in store. This was such a unprofessional and most poor service with parts I have had by a AutoZone location!! I have been a customer with AutoZone for many years in two different states and was appalled with the service, inconsistent of arrival time with my parts. I asked for a refund on my last part ordered and will not be shopping with this location again.

  Very unpleasant employees and your website needs updated i understand u didnt have the rock salt we ordered even though it saidyou did but others were being turned away for parts and your site said that location had plenty in stock. Won't ever come back to lancaster location again!!!

  terrible service ! idk her name maybe her name Nena? bought brake pads from the guy there and gave me the wrong one. i went back to return it to get the right one but nena refused to give a refund and she printed a new receipt of the transition and kept saying she can’t give a refund. I went back to the place to get be box to show her proof then she says, “we don’t sell that here” but the guy said he remembers me from that morning and said HE gave me the wrong box but Nena still didn’t give me a refund for it and SHE check the cameras too to see if i bought them. She got very loud to me even thought she was wrong and now looks stupid when i showed her a picture of the receipt and want to give a refund after all that going back and forth and getting loud after the guy told her he gave me the wrong box. That girl have such terrible customer service and is not respectful at all!

  Awful experience for me and another customer. I went to the store looking to buy a new battery and windshield wipers. Myself and another customer waited for over 15 mins and we're ignored. The employees we're on personal non-work phone calls and talking to a friend that had come in after myself and the other customer. The other customer placed down their items and walked out before I myself decided to follow. As I was walking out with my old battery in hand, the employees then decided to ask if I needed help or not. I told them that I had decided to leave to get help elsewhere as the other customer had done. The employees then replied with negative attitudes and claimed that myself and the other customer we're rude and had no patience. The only reason I still purchased my items is because the younger employee that was working apologized and was helpful. Overall awful customer service. I will not be returning to this location.
