Searched where to go to get a new batt and maybe have some help installing it. Of course Advance came up and I was so happy: they're the only auto parts shop I use in my little town! Got a jump to be able to get there, but knew the batt needed replacing. Andy was there and the ONLY person running the store. Explained he'd be able to help, but to be patient as purchasing customers also needed attending to -- no problem! He came across gruff at first, but that's just him needing to be clear and concise. He's actually a really nice and helpful guy! Got the batt installed and got me on my way in under half an hour *with* in-store customers needing help!
