I sent him to this Advance (Sat 11/22, 11:00) because I’m a big fan of them back home. They told him it takes a specialist to even test the battery on a Chevy pick up truck and a specialist to install a battery. Would not help him. I sent him to a nearby AutoZone and of course they took care of it no problem. I’m appalled.

I realized I could buy the exact bulbs 27% cheaper through an online source, but my wife wanted the headlights that evening, so I began waiting in line. and waiting ... and waiting ... There seemed to be only one employee working at the counter and there were multiple people in front of me. I don't know exactly how long I waited, but eventually my desire to save some money overcame my desire to wait in that line, so I put the bulbs back on the rack and walked out of the store.

The store was busy and understaffed, but Maria was attentive and thorough. I’ve been at other stores in the past where I feel rushed or disregarded, but I didn’t feel that in the slightest. She was able to get my battery changed and double-checked to make sure I didn’t need a new alternator. I would happily go out of my way to go to this location as long as I knew Maria would be there.
