I sent him to this Advance (Sat 11/22, 11:00) because I’m a big fan of them back home. They told him it takes a specialist to even test the battery on a Chevy pick up truck and a specialist to install a battery. Would not help him. I sent him to a nearby AutoZone and of course they took care of it no problem. I’m appalled.

I realized I could buy the exact bulbs 27% cheaper through an online source, but my wife wanted the headlights that evening, so I began waiting in line. and waiting ... and waiting ... There seemed to be only one employee working at the counter and there were multiple people in front of me. I don't know exactly how long I waited, but eventually my desire to save some money overcame my desire to wait in that line, so I put the bulbs back on the rack and walked out of the store.
