  We had an extremely disappointing experience with Mavis, both at the local store level and through corporate customer service. We purchased Mavis All Season tires that carried a 60,000–65,000 mile warranty. After only one year and approximately 11,000 miles, the tires were already nearly worn out. Before contacting Mavis about the warranty, we had the alignment checked independently just one week prior to our visit, and it was verified to be within spec. The original installation also included computer balancing and alignment. At no point was any evidence provided showing that another alignment was necessary. Locally, I worked with Neil, the store manager, for nearly two weeks trying to resolve the issue. Over the course of roughly six calls, I was repeatedly promised a callback that never happened. Eventually, I gave up and contacted corporate directly. Corporate ultimately offered a prorated adjustment, but the process felt misleading. Although they advertised roughly an 80% discount, the replacement tires were priced significantly higher than what I originally paid. In addition, I was required to pay for tire disposal, balancing, and another computer alignment despite the alignment already being verified. In the end, the “warranty” provided very little actual value, as my final cost was nearly the same as the original purchase price. Corporate representative Crystal repeatedly responded with “that is our process,” while Neil incorrectly claimed the original alignment had never been performed — something I later confirmed was false by reviewing my invoice. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and disappointing. I would strongly reconsider purchasing tires or relying on warranty coverage from Mavis in the future.

  Another shop royally screwed up the alignment on my daughter’s car and refused to fix it. Didn’t even have the correct specifications for her vehicle. Went to this Mavis to see if they’d correct it and the crew was awesome. They were personable, professional, timely, and sympathetic to my problem. The car drives much, much better now.

  I have to say Maggie at reception was incredible. She really took the time to explain the cost and steps. I have been to a few different mavis locations over the years but this was by far my best experience. The service was really great the got me in and out in a reasonable time as well. Will be making this my regular location.

  Dalton was kind, communicative, and very helpful. It was such a good experience all around that my stress easily dissolved with his engaging and helpful manner. I will definitely be coming back when the need arises.

  Many many thanks to the amazing team at Mavis. Not only did they save me from an expected flat- while I waited I watched the whole team provide exemplary service to everyone who walked through the door. I had the sense that they take genuine (and well deserved) pride and pleasure in doing their jobs very well.
