  This establishment is, quite frankly, a complete nightmare. While the staff themselves are courteous, professional, and seem genuinely well-intentioned, it’s apparent they too have fallen victim to the deceptive and inconsistent practices of the so-called owner/manager, Shawn. I was initially provided with a clear recommendation to purchase specific parts—totaling approximately $1,600—to ensure a more “cost-effective” repair. At that time, I was also quoted a specific labor price, both in writing and confirmed verbally on multiple occasions by Shawn himself. However, upon returning with the parts, the quoted labor cost had inexplicably quadrupled, and I was told—rather brazenly—that no such quote had ever been given. The documentation and messages I retained, of course, say otherwise. In an effort to remain reasonable, I even gave Shawn the opportunity to return my call the following day with a solution—an agreement he acknowledged and accepted. Predictably, that call never came. At that point, I retrieved my parts and chose to take my business elsewhere. This pattern of misrepresentation and disregard for professional integrity is deeply concerning and, in my opinion, merits review by the appropriate state authorities. To reiterate: the mechanics themselves are polite, knowledgeable, and appear to be doing their best under questionable leadership. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their narcissistic and unscrupulous manager, whose conduct renders this business one to steer clear of entirely.

  Customer lost!!! Never again! First experience was good, can't say the same for our 2nd vehicle which we where told what would fix the issue and charged for parts and labor for a problem that still exists!!! Called the corporate office for some answers, rep was rude and says we where advised of the issue and declined whatever service which was not true! The next rep a few days later tells me a district manager would call, that also never happened. Unfortunately would be repeat customers but lied to and mislead makes that highly unlikely

  Don’t recommend going to this place bad brand new tires that are bad and the alignment sucks after 1week told trash
