    Family friend brought their vehicle here for an alignment due to no availability at my shop. They told him they could not align the rear due to no adjustments. I brought the car into my shop today too look it over to find the rear tires at cords on the inside. I also found the rear has adjustments for camber and toe. Not to mention the steering wheel is sideways. Charged $130 for alignment that was absolutely terrible. Shouldn’t have incompetent techs doing alignments on peoples vehicles.

    The employee I spoke to, Chris Griffiths was excellent. He installed a new battery for me in under 15 minutes and also helped correct a hood latch problem I was having. Exceptional customer service from a company I never had contact with before today. Give that man a raise!
