They asked me how my experience was if there was anything that they could’ve done before and after. The best part about it is it was very quick and easy, I came in. I told him my name they had me booked right away. They went and checked the car gave me the keys and they just told me to enjoy the rental. When I went to go drop it off, it was even easier walked in and dropped off the keys. They asked me if I needed anything and then I was off and on my way. The whole experience from getting in the office and out of the office was probably no more than 15 minutes. That’s with pick up and drop off. I highly recommend this location and all of the employees are so friendly and welcoming.

Joe Lombardo met me at Napleton and spent as much time as I needed to know everything about my rental. He went above and beyond. Mike efficiently extended my rental for the second week. Liam immediately checked my tire pressure and helped me to adjust my car seat when I stopped at Kingston office. The employees were all awesome! Hopefully their employer will thank them for doing a great job. I highly recommend this business.

The insurance stopped paying for my car. They let me take my deposit and pay for a couple days now they're letting me pay a couple days here a couple days there till the insurance straightens out. They're very kind, they're caring, and understanding. They're a great group of people I have talked to different ones and every one of the individuals I have spoke to has been nothing but kind caring and empathetic Thank you Enterprise and Kingston for for making this as stressless as possible. Jesse, Liam, and I can't remember the other fellow's name I think it might have been John, great people great people Thank you guys !
