  I went into the store to purchase window wash. When I inquired if it ever goes on sale, Alex explained to me that if I were to purchase a quantity of six today, the price would be greatly discounted. He also explained to me about their rewards program, which is free to join. Alex was very pleasant, helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He also assisted with carrying them all to the car for me . He provided great customer service. I will definitely shop here again !

  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone, thanks to Jay. His customer service was truly top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. He made sure I had the right items, took the extra time to install my windshield wipers, and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid using the best products they offer. Jay was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough throughout the entire visit. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. This is the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Outstanding experience all around—thank you, Jay!
