  From the moment they dropped the car off for me to the moment I dropped the car back, someone was in communication with me. There was more than one insurance company involved and every time I called someone was able to help me. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional, happy to help! Loved this location, highly recommend!

  Hello, I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent rental experience, as it was very disappointing. When we received the vehicle, it was not properly cleaned, and we had to rewash the car ourselves. Additionally, the oil life warning light remained on for the entire duration of our trip. This was extremely concerning and distracting, as it stayed on the screen the entire time. We did call to inquire about it and were told that the oil was fine and that the alert had simply not been cleared. While I appreciate the clarification, this situation caused unnecessary stress and concern during our travels. I also want to be transparent in sharing that I chose to rent with Enterprise Rent-A-Car again after a previous negative experience involving a former employee. I gave the company another opportunity, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. Between receiving a dirty vehicle and dealing with the unresolved warning alert, this was not a good experience. I do feel that some form of compensation would be appropriate given the inconvenience and stress caused. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
