  Zane at the fuel island always checks everything on my truck and is always very pleasant and friendly. I wish more people would follow his lead. Most importantly, He cares.

  I am leaving a 5 start review for Mr. J. Duffie. This young gentleman was friendly and professional from the time I stepped into the rental office. I was up from Glenn Burnie, MD to drop off a 48' flatbed rental and pick up a 53' replacement. I had the unit number and reservation number sent by my boss but there was a problem with locating my reservation on the Penske system. Mr. Duffie took the time to call other locations to try and resolve the problem along with answering the phone (professionally) and waiting on walk in reservation customers picking up rental trucks. Not one time was he exasperated or rude but showed his ability in multitasking and all done with a smile. I left 2 1/2 hours later but with the 53' Flatbed, correct paperwork and a handshake. This young man has excellent work skills and was a pleasure to have met.

  Tell me how i leave my truck for preventative maintenance and a small start up issue, and i have to wait a week to get my truck back just to find out all you did was replace a fuse, which just now blew 100 miles and 5 hours off duty later.. work slow as hell and all you did was make the problem worse, GREAT JOB Mike P and Pinkney

  Don’t ever buy a used truck from this place. It took me four months to get the truck and they wasted my whole day when I went there to pick it up just to tell me that the transmission needed to be replaced before I picked it up.
