    This place is very unorganized!! I would not recommend going here. When I rented a car a few weeks ago, the guy who gave me the vehicle said I had to pay $27 a night for the damage waiver protection plan. I was blindsided because the insurance company told me I only had to pay for the deposit. I asked him if this charge was required and he told me yes. THIS WAS A LIE!!!! The next day, I spoke to another employee over the phone and told me I was misinformed and she would cancel the protection plan. But I had to go out of my way after work to drive to an enterprise location to cancel it in person. I then got charged for the first night that I agreed to the plan. I only agreed to it because that incompetent employee told me it was required!! Now due to his incompetence, I am out of $30 and I was told there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Don’t let these incompetent employees lie to you!!! I’m very irritated about this experience.

    Car was delivered clean and on time. However, I got a stripped GMC when I had previously been told that a reasonably equipped Kia Sorrento had been reserved for me. The car That I received served the purpose but was disappointing. Be warned if you're not going to their facility to preview what you'll be renting.
