  This place is very unorganized!! I would not recommend going here. When I rented a car a few weeks ago, the guy who gave me the vehicle said I had to pay $27 a night for the damage waiver protection plan. I was blindsided because the insurance company told me I only had to pay for the deposit. I asked him if this charge was required and he told me yes. THIS WAS A LIE!!!! The next day, I spoke to another employee over the phone and told me I was misinformed and she would cancel the protection plan. But I had to go out of my way after work to drive to an enterprise location to cancel it in person. I then got charged for the first night that I agreed to the plan. I only agreed to it because that incompetent employee told me it was required!! Now due to his incompetence, I am out of $30 and I was told there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Don’t let these incompetent employees lie to you!!! I’m very irritated about this experience.

  On 2 separate occasions I reserved a 15 passenger van and both times they called me the day before the reservation to cancel

  Car was delivered clean and on time. However, I got a stripped GMC when I had previously been told that a reasonably equipped Kia Sorrento had been reserved for me. The car That I received served the purpose but was disappointing. Be warned if you're not going to their facility to preview what you'll be renting.

  I live close to this location and wanted to enquire about my reservation made by auto insurance company. I kept on calling them for almost 2 hours. Someone will pick the call, before even I say "hello" they answer the call directly with, "please hold on the line" and they forget that there is a caller on hold. I was waiting every time when they place me on hold for about 5 to 10 minutes. I get fed up and I'll disconnect the call and will call them back. Again, they do the same thing, as before even I say "hello" they say, "please hold on the line" and will forget I am on hold. If you guys have no intention to answer a call that is on hold, you can just attend the call and can say we are not interested in answering any customers by phone directly. We won't be sitting and wasting our time thinking you guys will resume the call. I again had to call my insurance provider because of Enterprise KOP's lethargic and reluctant behavior and had to change the rental reservation to a different location and then I had to book an Uber from my body shop where I dropped my car to the new reservation center because it is more than 5 miles and they refused a courtesy pickup due to the distance. Whoever reads this review, I highly recommend please don't even think of booking here because if there are any mechanical emergency or questions related to your existing reservation in an emergency situation, you are going to get a place in hold, where it will be in "hold only" till your life exist. NOBODY AT THIS LOCATION IS INTERESTED IN ANSWERING A CALL AT ANY COST!

  Be VERY careful if going through insurance. Understand your coverage and read everything before signing. Several errors were made. I was overcharged an excess of $536 when I was fully covered through insurance. I had to call their phone multiple times and jump through hoops to get my money back. When I finally spoke with the manager and informed him that I have been in touch with employee Sam throughout my entire rental, his response was something along the lines of thats not her title or place to understand my policy and extensions. Then he blamed the insurance. Nevertheless I am glad i got my refund. Sam was great which is why i gave the 3 stars. But it is very hard getting somone on the phone here though which was a red flag but it was the closest location for me. Update- Another unauthorized charge appeared on my card. I called to only find out that the manager no longer works there and I spoke to a Sheree who said she was the new manager and her words exactly were "she has an office to run and doesn't have time to fix this." Dont walk RUN from this place. Its GROSS and a total scam.
