  Quite literally the worst customer service ever. Went in for a return and new purchase, l saw an employee sitting in a chair at the register/computer and went over to ask for help, he saw me and kept working. Customer Service Manager Alexander looked at me and mumbled under his breath and for about 2-3 minutes I just stood there hoping he was going to wrap up what he was working on. There was another employee that walked by me and started stocking the aisles. Alexander occasionally looked over at me (through the gap in between the monitor and counter) and I was still standing right in front of him. Finally he waved me over to another counter and processed my return. In the middle of my transaction, he answered a phone call that started professional and then turned personal, he started complaining about how long his shift was and expressing frustration about something, while I was STILL standing right in front of him. Once Alexander finished his call he came back to complete the transaction. He was not particularly helpful or kind, and I was hoping he could have helped me a little more when I came in. Very disappointed at the level of service here.

  George is a star. Our battery died while shopping in kop and he came to the center to help us out. We ended up needing a tow truck, but he let me wait in his car until it arrived since it was super cold out. Thank you, George!
