  Great experience this morning with Nicholas Toolan (Asst. Manager). Car was ready at the time of my appointment and he was efficient and very helpful. One important note: they do not have parking at this site which was not communicated prior to my arrival. We made it work - but be advised to make other arrangements!

  After my accident, Westfield Insurance coordinated everything with Enterprise and Caliber Collision in Kennett Square, and the process was seamless from the start. At Enterprise, Max and Herbie truly stood out. Pickup and drop-off were already arranged, but I was still shaken up and didn’t feel comfortable driving the first vehicle I received. I called, explained the situation, and they immediately stepped in—no hassle, just understanding and fast action. They quickly got me into a different car and stayed in touch every step of the way. Max and Herbie were professional, patient, and genuinely kind. I’m incredibly thankful for how Enterprise, Westfield Insurance, and Caliber Collision in Kennett Square all coordinated seamlessly together. Exceptional businesses.

  Nice that they met me with the rental car but it is almost impossible to get them on the phone for anything especially when you want to return the vehicle.

  My experience with Enterprise in Kennett Square was frustrating and unacceptable. My car was involved in a car accident. I received a replacement vehicle. At pick-up, the representative pushed an insurance option, claiming it was a one-time fee covering the entire rental period and “bumper to bumper.” I never agreed to a daily insurance fee of $27. The rental car’s cost was nearly the same as that fee, making it even more frustrating. When I returned the car, I got no warning about a $382 charge, which appeared on my American Express right after I left. When I called Enterprise, they claimed I had agreed to that insurance fee, which was not true. To make matters worse, the representative wrongly insisted that I had said the repair would only take 2 to 3 days, which isn’t true because I was clearly told by the shop where my car was getting repaired that it would take about two weeks. The representative’s assumptions misrepresentations were completely unacceptable. This entire experience left me with an unjustified charge and no resolution. Enterprise must be transparent and clear with their customers. This kind of misleading practice is simply not acceptable
