  It is beyond disappointing to deal with the sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism at the Johnstown Enterprise location. As someone who consistently books for business and has had great experiences with the brand elsewhere, this specific branch is a total outlier. My friend and I arrived with a confirmed online booking for a Jeep Wrangler, only to be told—with zero notice—that they couldn’t honor the reservation. Instead of a solution, they tried to force a small sedan on us that was completely useless for our business needs. Even we had similar experience with same people before. The staff here are remarkably rude and clearly don't care that it is customers like us who pay their salaries. Despite a parking lot visibly full of vehicles that could have easily served as an upgrade or a suitable substitute, the representatives were dismissive and claimed there were "no other options." Their "take it or leave it" attitude is a disgrace to the Enterprise name. This was a disrespectful, unprofessional, and ultimately failing experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location at all costs.

  Reservations at this Johnstown location mean nothing. I rent here frequently for business, yet the staff consistently fails to honor bookings with zero prior communication. Today (April 16, 2026), I arrived to pick up a reserved Jeep Wrangler only to be told they didn’t have it and could only give me a sedan. Despite explaining my business needs and asking for a comparable SUV or crossover, the staff refused to accommodate me. This is a recurring pattern. Previously, I booked a pickup truck and was forced into a minivan at the last minute. They never call or email to warn you of a discrepancy—they just expect you to take whatever is on the lot. If you actually need a specific vehicle class for work, do not trust this branch. Total lack of professional service.

  I needed a vehicle at the last minute to get to my mom's funeral that was out of state due to my car being in the shop. EVERYONE was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even when I was supposed to return the car I asked for an extension and it was provided with ease. Everyone made this transaction very pleasant and no stress during my time of mourning. Even provided me a ride to and from after returning it. Couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much. (100 stars)

  I would not rent from anybody except enterprise been with them since I was 19 years old and I’m going on 40. They’re the best. The cars always clean. They quick fast in and out I love them.
