Staggered sizes 225's in the front 255's in the back. 18x8 rims silver in color in front and 18x8.5 black in color in back. 2 tires were put on wrong rims, plus sensors were messed up. Took to Carmen's fixed tire mix up but sensor's still work still not sure how I will proceed.

I returned there this week after a couple years going elsewhere, and this excellent review is specifically for Ken. He is competent, works his tail off, and patiently explains diagnostics and labor and parts. He made an expensive experience comfortable and went above and beyond with customer service when something was taking longer than he expected. All the stars for Ken. Separately, Corporate Monro, please know that your call center is a disaster. Call center reps are clueless about actual availability at shops and it creates a ton of confusion and consternation. A call center like that makes it feel like you do not value your customers.
