  I have had several experiences with this shop over the past seven years, originally great, then not so good. I returned there this week after a couple years going elsewhere, and this excellent review is specifically for Ken. He is competent, works his tail off, and patiently explains diagnostics and labor and parts. He made an expensive experience comfortable and went above and beyond with customer service when something was taking longer than he expected. All the stars for Ken. Separately, Corporate Monro, please know that your call center is a disaster. Call center reps are clueless about actual availability at shops and it creates a ton of confusion and consternation. A call center like that makes it feel like you do not value your customers.

  I had a great experience at Monroe, thanks to Ken. He did an excellent job on my vehicle thorough, honest, and efficient. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust, but Ken really came through. I highly recommend asking for him if you want the job done right.

  Says online they’re open till 6pm. We came at 4:45pm for an urgent tire issue and they were closing up. There was more than enough time to get there and get serviced according to their website, and we went out of our way for this place. Very unfortunate.

  Everyone was incredibly friendly at time of service. I showed up a bit early and they were able to start taking a look at my vehicle. To be truthful I’m unsure how much two brakes and rotors are to cost but my total was $687 and change. More than I was anticipating but I was the one coming to them for service. The guys were friendly and explained to me why it was just my back breaks needing replacement. Day later I find out through a mechanic at work (I didn’t know he was a mechanic until we chatted) that I was grossly overcharged for this service. Wish I could give a higher rating but for the price and learning I was overcharged, I couldn’t give a higher rating.

  Was told I would have my vehicle back by end of day sat July 12th. Went to shop to see what's going on since at this point my vehicle had been in there possession for 24hrs also noone was answering the phone at this time. I found a ride to the shop I got excited to see my car in the shop.... lost all hope when I went to open the door at 4pm closing is at 6pm and everything was locked up and abandoned. The shop was to be open another 2 hrs. No calls explaining why my car wasn't getting done today. Then when I tried to call the 1800 number i was just hung up on 2 different times... at this point I just want my car back... I didn't think it was going to be held captive. THE ONLY REASON I DROPPED IT OFF WAS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE IT BACK END OF DAY THE 12TH.... here it is the 13th no one is in and now I still don't have my car. So now ill wait until the 14th and still get nothing out of all this greif and inconvenience. Besides a massive bill and a sorry thats as empty as the promise they made to be done by the 12th 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE.
