    I purchased a Groupon coupon for a full synthetic oil change at Jiffy Lube. I went to the Scalp Ave Jiffy Lube in Johnstown PA on 12-30-25. When I pulled up to the door, the attendant met me and I told him a had purchased a Groupon to coupon for a full synthetic oil change. Another attendant came out to take my car and the first attendant advised the attendant taking my car that I had a Groupon coupon. That attendant then took my car into the bay. When I went inside I tried to show the first attendant my bar coded coupon. He said they didn't take payment until my car was finished. The second attendant then came into to office and told me they didn't take Groupon at their store. I asked for the Manager. The attendant told me to calm down like I was misbehaving, which I wasn't. I was questioning why the paid for service wasn't being accepted. The Manager, Claire, came in nervous and of no help. I asked her to contact the regional manager. At first she would not until I asked why. She then called and allowed me to speak with Regional Manager, Heather West, out of Baltimore, MD. Heather informed me none of her 14 stores take Groupon and I would have to get my money returned from Groupon. She then gave me the Jiffy Lube website to look up coupons and said there was nothing she could do. I then looked up coupons and told the attendants to just get my car because I wasn't getting the oil change done by them. They proceeded to tell me my car was already done. I asked why when the payment situation was in question from the beginning. The first attendant then lied and said he never told the attendant that took my car that it was being paid for with a Groupon coupon. I was speechless, told them they were flat out lying then they threatened to call the police on me!!!!!!! I then had to pay $95 to for the oil change. I went out to get my car and it hadn't been vacuumed. I had all the mats and every item removed from my car so I could get a good job done. It wasn't done at all. I walked back in and informed them. They thought I was just being spiteful!!!! And of course the attendant that vacuumed lied again and said he didn't. The Manager then took my car back in and vacuumed it herself. This is the worst customer service and experience I have ever had at a garage. Lying, not doing paid for services, doing the service at all before I had payment settled and threatening me???? I don't ever want your business contacting me again. Take my profile out of your database and hire new people at this store! Disgusting!!!

    The man who helped me was very nice and thorough, but I wish I had known that the location would not accept my 50% off coupon. I would have just waited until I got back to Pittsburgh to get an oil change. It ended up being too late once it was done.

    The staff is fast, courteous and professional. Full service oil change, fluid top off, new cabin air filter and tire rotation were completed in less than fifteen minutes. Beyond the excellent service, the waiting room and bathrooms were neat, clean and comfortable.
