  To the owner Andrew, My name is Anthony Simonovich, this is my wife’s account. I’m using this to communicate with you because there is no way for me to use my account to respond to your response to my review. I called the 800 number you provided and received no help whatsoever. You can only make/cancel reservations, or get roadside assistance. For 3 months I have been jerked around with Penske pawning off their problems on third parties that are incompetent and inefficient and when I finally resign myself that I have been taken advantage of and I decide to write a review, you respond and give me a glimmer of hope that Penske cares about their patrons only to have it dashed to the wind when I call the number and I cant even select a department that can provide me any type of service regarding my unsatisfactory experience. It’s 100% clear to me that I will not receive a refund, that Penske does not truly care about their patrons, and the bottom line is all about their quarterly reports. TO ALL FUTURE POTENTIAL PATRONS, if you need the services Penske provides, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. For three months I have been exasperated to no end, wasted my time with call centers and third parties that Penske hires to do their dirty work. I have lossed hours of time, $2200 on the rental, and about $1600 on property damages, with absolutely no restitution or remorse except a have hearted attempt to express concern when I left my last review.   I rented a truck from this facility at the turn of the year for a long haul move. The truck was not properly serviced based on the amount of miles I needed to travel. During my trip the truck broke down and I received roadside assistance from a third party mechanic that Penske setup. After 4 hours, the mechanic informed me that he fixed the problem and I was good to continue my journey. Within 3 minutes the same problem occurred again and I was forced to spend the night in a hotel. Penske setup a new truck and a moving crew to swap my belongings from old truck to the new, once again setting up a third party. The crew was assembled from Craigslist, they rushed through the job and damaged many of my personal items, it also became apparent that the broken truck had a breach in the storage portion and 50% of my property received water damage. All told between loss of time, loss of wages from work, cost of lodging, and damages to my property I conservatively estimate my losses to be approximately $3800 dollars. When I reached out to Penske and filed a claim, I provided pictures and a detailed account of my issues, and they once again directed me to a third party to handle the situation. After three months of exasperating me, they simply will not do the right thing and exercise good business practices. I have explained that I’m not interested in making money off of them, I just want a refund for the poor services they have provided me. I will never use their services again and I urge anyone that believes a company to stand by the product to do the same. Failure to do so may result in the same atrocious experience that I have had with no restitution or even an apology. I will steer anyone I possibly can to avoid these types of business practices for their own sake and for the sake of consumers everywhere.

  Don't bother coming here for fuel, unless you want to waste at least an hour of your day. No one is ever at age fuel island no matter the time l, even 3am. And by the time you get someone, you could have went to the Petro 10 miles away and been done.

  Don't fuel here. They drop trailers in the only island that works, or you are waiting 10-20 minutes for the guy to come out. It happens all the time. Our trucks are leased from this location, and I will avoid it at all costs
