  Make sure to call to confirm your reservations. This location takes reservations for cars they don't rent. When you arrive, they send you 15 minutes away to their Plymouth Meeting location which has different hours. Bait and switch, choose Hertz instead! Now Enterprise has responded and expects me to waste more time by telling them the details of how they messed up. Hey Marissa, I provided everything you need in my review. Call the location, give them my name, solve the problem yourself. You deserve all the one star reviews you get.

  Stay far away from this location if you expect even a basic level of professionalism. The manager on duty, Dom, conducts himself with the hostility and immaturity of someone completely unfit for a customer-facing role. His behavior toward me was belittling, condescending, and shockingly aggressive — the type of attitude you’d expect from someone more interested in asserting faux authority than actually assisting customers. Dom seems desperate to portray himself as a “tough guy,” but all it accomplishes is driving paying customers away. This location has become a masterclass in how to alienate the public. If Enterprise is wondering why business walks out the door, it starts with management like this. No customer should be spoken to the way I was spoken to. No customer should have to deal with a manager whose attitude is a liability to the company’s reputation. Enterprise would do well to provide immediate retraining to staff — particularly management — before more customers experience the same disrespectful treatment. This location is an avoid-at-all-costs situation.

  I have been renting from this Enterprise location for several months and consistently paid my balance, even during a long-term rental. Whenever a charge declined, I contacted the branch through Enterprise’s official text messaging line and authorized them to re-run my card, which they did. My payments were always brought current. Despite this, when I arrived on January 19 to complete a routine contract rewrite (something I’ve done many times), the current manager, Dom, was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told that my rental would not be renewed because I was “two weeks late” on rewriting the contract — even though my account was fully paid and Enterprise had multiple points of authorized communication from me. What concerned me further was the manager claiming he “called me 40 times,” which is both untrue and deeply unprofessional. No such volume of calls occurred, and implying otherwise felt like a cheap shot rather than a factual statement. I remained in contact through Enterprise’s official text line, the same method the branch uses to reach customers. That communication should have been acknowledged instead of dismissed. I paid the balance due on the spot, yet was still denied service without any clear explanation other than vague statements about “risk management.” For a customer who has demonstrated consistent effort to stay current, this treatment was unnecessary and discourteous. The previous staff at this location always handled contract rewrites respectfully, and I never had an issue. The sudden shift in tone under the new management was disappointing, and it reflects poorly on customer service standards. I am sharing my experience because long-term renters deserve clarity, professionalism, and basic respect. Being current on payments should matter, and communication through Enterprise’s own systems should be acknowledged — not ignored.
