  Mr. Ray and Justin were absolutely amazing and very professional, extremely helpful with me getting my vehicle up and running the proper way. They went the extra mile to figure out some problems that the dealership told me. I extremely appreciate their help and advice. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this place to get your car worked on and looked at by these guys. Their whole staff is amazing, respectful, and provides great quality service.

  Great service! Mike and the team took great care of us, cheaper than the competition and outstanding service! We bring our Volvo & VW to Mavis for tires, brakes, inspection, and general repairs. Always done right the first time, fast and way less expensive than the dealers or other private shops. We've brought our cars here for 10 years, and all my coworkers and neighbors do too! Thank you guys! I appreciate the great service, as always!!

  I had a great experience at the Mavis Jamison location. I had an issue with my front left tire and they were quick to help and made sure I got back on the road safely. The team was extremely friendly, helpful, and did a great job servicing my vehicle. I would highly recommend this place for stress-free vehicle repair.

  Exceptional Service: This experience deserves to be recognized at the highest level. From the very first phone call, Ray set the tone. He was not only friendly and professional, but genuinely attentive and solution-oriented. He took the time to understand my situation, answered questions clearly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. When we arrived, he personally greeted us at the door, which immediately stood out. His recommendations were thoughtful, honest, and clearly focused on what was best for my car, not just a sale. During the visit, I also had the opportunity to work with Justin, who was equally impressive. He explained details about my vehicle that no one had ever taken the time to walk me through before. His ability to communicate technical information in a clear, respectful, and approachable way is rare. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The experience continued to exceed expectations when Mike, the store manager, checked in. His leadership is evident. He walked me through exactly what was done with precision and clarity, and his attention to detail was exceptional. At one point, I overheard him proactively telling customers he was rolling up their windows because rain was coming. That level of care and anticipation is so appreciated and rare. What truly sets this location apart is the culture. Every team member I encountered, including the mechanics, was friendly, welcoming, and clearly proud of their work. As I left, multiple team members smiled, waved, as I thanked them.. That does not happen by accident. It reflects strong leadership and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. It is also no surprise to learn that Ray has received award-winning industry recognition. His professionalism, customer care, and presence make it immediately clear why. This is, without question, the best customer service experience I have ever had in an automotive setting. Honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and above all, human. Everyone here is dedicated and they care about their customers. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others without hesitation.
