Just very disappointed today... made an appointment four days in advance for an oil change. They called to ask if I'd wait or drop off. I said I'd go across the street to the gym, and hang out at Dunkin Donuts - so no rush - but was specific in saying I needed to have my car back by noon. "No problem!" Fast forward to today. Hanging out in their waiting area with my coffee. Noon is approaching. My car hasn't moved all morning. I say "I guess I need my key back, I have to go soon", hoping they'd tell me there's only one or two more customers ahead of me. Instead, they went to find my key, and just handed it back without asking or saying anything... so I left 😕 They were very friendly about it, and not rude at all, but I was pretty disappointed. Which is frustrating, because I still need service, and just wasted a Saturday morning.
