Full disclosure- I did have to bring a second vehicle back for a re-alignment in which they performed but needed a re-work. The Steering Angle Sensor was not calibrated properly, and the re-check was not performed. I happen to have the tools to recalibrate the SAS, which did improve the steering slightly, but a mechanical adjustment was necessary. Gary, the regional manger did acknowledge the inconvenience by a complimentary inspection for my car. I'll be recommending this shop to friends.
