- KDkristen D.3 days ago1.0The worst customer service. I made a reservation over the phone with customer service for a Minivan to keep for a week. When I show up ON TIME they tell me they have no vans available (even though I see two on the lot and they’re closing in 30 minutes) and they don’t see my reservation in the computer. So I show them my confirmation email with their address and all my itinerary literally sent from enterprise. The guy behind the counter who claims to be assistant manager tells me they have nothing to do with that, and whatever enterprise customer service says has nothing to do with them. They’re separate. I’m supposed to be in NC tomorrow to be with family dealing with a loss and now I’m not going to make it most likely. He even tells me he has suvs that would fit my family but he can’t give it to me without a credit card. This was the most inconsiderate and horrid customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s insane, and while I was in line a man came in whose rental car had broken down and he’d been waiting for a tow for three hours. Customer service tells him to uber to the Irwin location and pick up a new rental and guess what…. They told him they couldn’t help him unless they had possession of the broke down rental he waited in for three hours. I usually only rent from enterprise, but NEVER again. This was heartbreaking and so difficult to understand. Such a cold and brutal business. Terrible ethics.

- KPKevin PenningtonApr 2, 20265.0The staff was very flexible and knowledgeable. I had told them the vehicle i was in i felt unsafe. The manage upgraded me from a Mitsubishi mirage to a Toyota corolla free of charge. I definitely will rent from them again.
