I have used this shop many times in the past with good service and no problems. I scheduled an appointment online for inspection and emissions in the 7:30 to 11:00 am slot. I got a text message the day before the appointment stating that the car would be looked at between 7:30 and 11:00 am. I went to the shop at 7:30 on my appointment day. The entrance door was locked and the lights were off. I went to the drop off box to fill out the paperwork. Of course the pen did not work. My ride home showed up and had a working pen. On my way back to the key slot, the door was still locked and the lights were still off . Dropped off the paperwork and key in the door slot. Walked back to my rides car. Entrance door was still locked but, I could see that an employee was inside. Had not heard anything by 2:30 so I went to the shop. Car was still in the same place with nothing done. Went inside and asked about what was going on. Was told that they were still working on 5 cars from the day before and they would look at my car next. Asked about the text message stating that the car would be looked at before 11:00 am. Scott told me that the message only meant the car would be looked at before 5 pm. Asked Scott why the door was still locked at 7:30 am when he was obviously there. He indicated that he was too busy talking on the phone to unlock the door. Asked for my keys, insurance and registration cards back. The cards were torn and part of them were missing. Asked for the missing parts of the cards back. Told that they could not find. Scott told me to go online and reprint the cards. Told Scott that if he had opened the shop on time that this would not had been a problem. Told him that I did not appreciate having to stand outside in the cold and fill out drop off paperwork when the shop should have been open. Scott told me to leave or he would call someone to escort me out. He then stated that I was no longer welcome at the shop and not to come back. As I was leaving, the girl who was apparently escorting me out was muttering something under her breath. Scott had given me the corporate number to call to complain. I called the number and the first person I talked to hung up on me when I asked for the conversation to be recorded. I called back and spoke with someone else. All I can really say is that all of this could have been avoided if Scott had opened the shop on time and or at the very least called me before 11:00 AM and told me that they were still working on cars from the day before. It would have been no problem for me to reschedule to a different day.

My wife took her vehicle in for a scheduled appointment. She was the first one, and only one there when they opened up as that was her appointment time. Standing there waiting for the lady to get her keys and so on. They lady Jen working the counter, ended being the manager and she was on a morning zoom meeting. My wife could plainly hear how the corporate lady holding the meeting was belittling and swearing to everyone on the zoom meeting. Jen who was trying to get me signed in for my appointment was called out for having her screen muted. The lady kept yelling store 888 unmute your screen, Jan responded back with I'm taking care of a customer. You know customers are what your company is supposed to be about. Jen gets the keys and information and my wife sits down and waits for her car to be serviced. Being the only one in the waiting area and work hasn't started yet my wife could hear everything being said on this Zoom meeting. The way corporate treats these individual stores is very pathetic and downright ignorant. If that wasn't enough to turn your stomach, after this Zoom meeting of belittling their employees, Jen gets a phone call from the lady holding this is zoom meeting. She was literally yelling through the phone as my wife could hear it in the waiting area telling Jen she should never open the store before the zoom meeting is ended because what they discuss is very private and the customers should never hear it. After what my wife heard I can no longer support the belittling and greenness of this corporation. I was appalled about how this company is running. She could literally hear word for word this lady yelling in the Zoom meeting that they need to step up sales. You can't expect people to build your company with fear and torment. Now let's get on to the service of my vehicle since they already have it and their shop at this point. My appointment was for a tire rotation and balance, oil change, and inspection. I knew my front brakes were low so I asked for a quote to change them while they do the inspection. My wife get a estimate for over $1,200. She was flabbergasted, so she took pictures of the estimate and send it to me. They want to do charge me for a brake fluid flush, new calibers, cabin air filter, new air filter, and the front pads and rotors that I initially requested the quote for. As I'm going through the estimate they are charging me for a tire rotation and balance that's supposed to be free with the package I bought. Going back and forth with Jen, she informs me they can no longer honor the package I bought because they are losing money. The last manager there Richard, was the one who put this package into play and he's no longer with the company. But I already purchased this plan and it's on my original paperwork, how is this my problem that he's fired? She said they will honor it this time but will no longer honor it in the future because they are losing too much money. I leave work to stop and discuss the estimate . By this time Jen is on break and Scott is running the counter. I'm talking to Scott about the $1,200 price and that the car does not need all this work with a vehicle that has only 40 some thousand miles on it. Scott agreed and was offering to do the work, keep in mind this is just for pads and rotors on the front, for $600. This is still absurd of a price. I brought the vehicle home and I changed the front pads and rotors for less than $200 using the same parts store they use. Please people do your research and educate yourself on what you actually need. Your owners manual will tell you when your vehicle should have this work done. I can't help but believe the call Jen had that morning is why she was trying to rip me off. Or they seen a single woman sitting there for work and figured they could take advantage of her. Either way it's not good.
