This was my first—and last—experience with Mr. Tire. I arrived for a scheduled appointment for two new tires, an oil change, and an alignment, only to be told the tires I was quoted on the corporate website weren’t available. They offered a comparable set and price-matched, but couldn’t get them until the next day. No big deal. I made it clear I rely on my car for work. I also explained that one existing tire had a slow leak and asked them to dispose of that one while keeping the other two. I even marked the correct wheel with tape and walked around the vehicle with an employee to ensure comprehension. In addition, I requested that the swollen lug nut caps be left off because I couldn’t remove them when putting on my spare. (These two requests were noted on the work order). When I picked up my car, the caps were still on, and that evening the TPMS light came on. I returned the next day and was charged to plug the tire, despite having asked them to remove the leaking one. The manager said they were short-staffed, so I let it go. The following evening, my engine began to overheat, causing the vehicle to warn me. When I checked under the hood, there was no coolant at all, despite being charged for “topping off fluids.” After confirming online and calling another Mr. Tire location, I learned coolant should at least be added or the customer notified if levels are that low. When I returned again to ask about it, the desk clerk had to ask a technician and told me “that’s a resounding no,” which doesn’t align with what I was charged for—or basic service standards. At a minimum, during an oil change they should have noticed the empty coolant reservoir, especially since it sits right on top of the engine, and either offered to fill it (at cost) or added enough for me to safely purchase more. Neither happened. Being understaffed doesn’t excuse forgetting my instructions, charging me to fix an issue they forgot to, and returning my vehicle with no coolant. Completely unacceptable service from start to finish. This was my first and definitely my last visit to Mr. Tire.

New rear brakes and inspection. Scheduled appointment online. Unusually busy so I had to sit around for a few hours with a dead phone. Whole time I was there, the guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful to everyone who came in. He helped an older lady whose husband just went into a nursing home fill her tires for free. Went out of his way to give people good information and good deals. Definitely will go back.

I recently brought car in after the battery died. While the service desk was friendly, responsive, and made time to look at the car right away, I lost a bit of trust with this interaction. First, I was told that the battery and filter both needed to be replaced. I thought this was strange because I just purchased a new battery from Mr. Tire less than 20 months ago and had the car inspected here two months ago. The quote seemed very high to replace the battery, and I asked if it was still under warranty. I was told that it was and they would call back with the new price. When I went to pick the car up, I asked for details on the updated price and was told that the battery lasted about half as long as they would have expected so they only charged me half price for the battery (I would expect a full replacement if battery were under warranty). Additionally, I asked why the battery failed so early and was told that the previous battery was not compatible with my car (Mr. Tire installed it). Also, I asked if the filter should have been checked during the recent inspection and was told if the person working on the car was good, it would have been, but it isn't required. I've come here for over 10 years but I'm not certain I will go back until I can trust the work in the service center.

I had an unexpected low tire pressure reading on my dash in the morning and by mid afternoon Mr Tire had my tire fixed and my car inspected with absolutely no problems! I believe the gentleman at the front desk was Scott (manager), thank you so much for your friendly and quick service! Everyone was so nice! I will return for additional service!
