  Thank you guys so so so much for helping me with my mazda. Genuinely the nicest repair shop i’ve ever been too and they were so helpful beyond measures. They got us in so fast on an emergency and they did absolutely all the could and then some… Appreciate you all!

  Made an appointment for 1030. Bought my car there and then was told it may have to stay overnight because "they' got overloaded" Whats the point have making an appointment if you can't do the work. Atleast call your customers or text them before the appointment. This appears to be a trend here. I would stay away from here

  The service technicians were super kind and helpful! They informed me of what was happening throughout the whole thing when anything came up that was unexpected. They were busy, but still made sure to get me through as quickly as possible. Would recommend calling for an appointment NOT THROUGH THE CALL CENTER to ensure you get done what you need.

  I needed an oil change and am boycotting Wal-Mart. Monro allowed me to book on line & was close. They were quick, efficient and nice. All are things I require when paying for a service. Cost is not an issue for me. The quality of service is. I will come back.

  I was understanding when they said they couldn't do the State inspection Saturday but it would be the first car in the morning. I did not hear from the shop until 12:00. It took them 3 hours to do an inspection. They told me it needed tires to pass inspection. I gave the approval to install new tires. It took over 3 hours for them to complete the tire installs. All told it took over 6 hours to do a state inspection. And it wasn't that I missed a call. I called in at 11:00 and they said it was on the lift. After they called me at 12:00, I waited until 2:00 to call and check the status. They said they were finishing the tires and it would be ready soon. I arrived at the shop around 2:30. It wasn't until almost 3:20 that it was ready.
