I took my car into Monroe because to pass inspection I had gotten the front brakes done there. They claimed it was my read brakes and that there were $1200 worth of repairs needed. When I went to leave their lot my brakes sounded like metal against metal. I can't drive my car now until I get it fixed. I will not be returning to Monroe.

Their technician Ryan made sure to stay until close and help get my tires switched (mounted and balanced) before close and saved me alot of time from coming back the next day. They also matched price I found elsewhere on tires I needed and saved me some money as well! Would definitely recommend

Although the repair was time consumptive the waiting area was relatively clean and quiet. The repair was done well and the cost was quite reasonable.
