Should have ran away when the MANAGER bad mouthed the car company along with the warranty company while I was there to drop it off. Was given 3 different dates my car would be available for pick up only for that day to come and KYLE (the manager) to have another excuse as to why my car wasn't done. When I asked why my car wasn't a priority after sitting for 2 weeks I was told the job was to big for a mechanic to focus all their time on when they had 9 other cars to work on... My final straw was when I was told "Its not my problem you dont have a car, I cant tell you when we'll be able to get to it." When given the same energy they were putting out to their customer... They call the Indiana police and refuse service š¤£ Calling corporate is just as big of a joke because the "customer relations" (option 2) just hangs up on you . Sent online complaint and NOTHING. JUST DONT GO HERE!!!! You'll be sorry!!!!

- DCDave ChampionNov 5, 20252.0I appreciate how they can work a person into there schedule at the last minute with my busy schedule as far as a oil change but was very disappointed when I went to get into my pickup after they serviced it to find black oily smudge marks all throughout the inside from when the young man got in my truck to pull it out. I ended up having to wipe out the inside & the steering wheel before driving it. Also had the wipe off the outside door & the hood and fender Iām just glad it was my pickup and not my wifeās car.
