  Terrible business to deal with. Was supposed to pick car up Thursday get here and they say I was supposed to be here Wednesday. I clearly told the person I was away until Wednesday and couldnt be there until Thursday. The guy says they no longer have the vehicle no one bothered to call and see if I was coming to get the vehicle or why I didnt come Wednesday.

  Been here twice in the last few weeks to drop off 2 rental cars and nobody was around. Told on phone it’s only open 3 days a week Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9am-12pm. Apparently due to other businesses in the building the doors are unlocked and the Enterprise area / section of the building looks as tho they are open but they are NOT!! Hours and days on door and posted on desk state open everyday but clearly they’re not. Cars returned here are not returned or back dated to when dropped off. The branch in Altoona, which is like a parent branch to Huntingdon is even worse!!! They are staffed and open but do not like renting cars out. With over 50 rentals all across the country in the past 2 years, ALTOONA, PA would not give me a car due to my cellphone bill was over $100 and wasn’t paid yet for the month and also told me they needed 3 references wrote down. I have NEVER been asked to show a utility bill that had a $0 balance and provide references for ANY OTHER LOCATION Anywhere in the country except Altoona, PA. I say this because this location is linked with the Huntingdon location. Huntingdon is the closest location I used to use a good bit but lately and going forward I will drive further in the opposite direction to Chambersburg to rent and return cars until Huntingdon can figure out staffing issues and Altoona starts acting like all the other branches and respects their customers and isn’t prejudice against a damn unpaid bill that isn’t even due yet
