Had to drive to Enterprise to give them new credit card number. Repeatedly asking me to contact body shop when they couldn't contact them. Changing rental agreement on line with no notification. State Farm had to correct. Charged for an extra day because I couldn't return rental car do being closed. Difficulty contacting local office. Telling me rental agreement had expired when it hadn't. Pros: Car was in excellent condition and was exactly what I needed. Picked me up and dropped me off. Staff were all courteous and professional when I spoke with them. I have used them for years and this has never happened before. Hope it is just a one off bad experience.
