  ComplaintsTrying to sell me an expensive insurance policy I didn't need. Links expiring on rental agreement. Creat card number stolen 4 days after I gave it to you. Had to drive to Enterprise to give them new credit card number. Repeatedly asking me to contact body shop when they couldn't contact them. Changing rental agreement on line with no notification. State Farm had to correct. Charged for an extra day because I couldn't return rental car do being closed. Difficulty contacting local office. Telling me rental agreement had expired when it hadn't. Pros: Car was in excellent condition and was exactly what I needed. Picked me up and dropped me off. Staff were all courteous and professional when I spoke with them. I have used them for years and this has never happened before. Hope it is just a one off bad experience.

  My experience with the Enterprise is Huntingdon. I pick up a 2020 Chevy Malibu. Mind you my whole family is mechanic's. So I know a thing or 2 about cars. This particular vehicle needed new rotors and it was very clear that's what it needed. Called them the same day I picked up which was Friday. "We can't get you a different rental til Monday" Monday comes I get a Kia Optima wouldn't ya know this one's rotors are worse yet! I could barely get stopped going 45!! They told me I could take it to their Firestone and get the rotors replaced, I have been at Firestone in Altoona since 1230pm. It is now 3:14pm BECAUSE Enterprise doesn't want to approve Firestone to put new rotors on it they want to "resurface" them. Sorry I do not feel safe after my husband and kids were just in an accident Thursday morning. I do not feel safe with y'all just basically saying let's sand a layer of the rotors off to make them smooth so they won't thump. Nope. Nope. Nope. Currently waiting for a new rental to come to Firestone so we shall see if this one has the same issues. Needless to say if any of y'all know another rental car company other than Enterprise, I'd love to hear it. OH AND not to mention a post office worker in my town said that her family member rented a car from the Huntingdon PA location and that car according to her "had a black toiletry bag in it" she proceeded to tell me how he opened it and immediately called the police because it was filled with paraphernalia!!! To say this location is a joke is a HUGE understatement!!! RENT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
