Only 1 customer in waiting room and 3 employees working. When I got there I was told they can't do the alignment because their machine doesn't work for my vehicle. Which would have been nice to know prior because I wouldn't even have gone there. Then I sat and waited until 2pm in the waiting room. Only 1 other vehicle in the garage this entire time. 2pm came and I had to ask if my vehicle would be ready by 230 because I had to get back to work. They finally get me out of there at 240. Absolutely zero sense of urgency to take care of the vehicle and complete the task and just complete incompetence to even take the appointment knowing they cannot provide the service. I definitely will not be going back.
