Edit#2: Was just told I had to "wait [my] turn." For an appointment that was for 9 am YESTERDAY.

I made an appointment via Internet for Saturday 5/31 @ 8 am to diagnose a problem with a tire. I dropped off the car the night before so that it was there at 8 am. By 12:45, the day of appointment, I still was not contacted about said problem and decided to call. I was told that my car was just being looked at and I would get a call back. I waited until 4:05 and called back. I was told that the supervisor "tried calling" me about my car's tire needed replaced and at this point they couldn't replace it because they were closing at 6. Unacceptable. My phone was next to me all day to answer the garages call. Also, no voice mail was left. So the supervisor doesn't leave voice mails or calls back on an important problem that has time against it to be fixed. I took the car to Mavis the next day and they were able to REPAIR the tire in two hours!
